1. Free Trials
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to test our service.
- No Charge: You will not be charged during the trial period.
- Transition to Paid: If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
- Refunds on Trials: We generally do not offer refunds if you fail to cancel before the trial ends.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Bizzyometer subscription at any time.
- How to Cancel: Cancel directly within the application settings or by contacting support.
- Effect of Cancellation: You retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You are responsible for the full subscription fee for the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel.
Annual Subscriptions
We offer a full refund for annual subscriptions if a request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After this window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Exceptions
We may grant refunds at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:
- Technical Errors: Billing errors caused by our system.
- Service Unavailability: Significant downtime exceeding our SLA.
- Legal Requirements: Compliance with applicable local consumer protection laws.
4. Refund Process

5. EU/UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, by using Bizzyometer and logging into your account, you generally acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (i.e., once you have accessed the software).
